RIG Store – Return & Refund Policy

At RIG Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following conditions apply:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or functionally defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as [Insert specific items like innerwear, cosmetics, or used personal care tools] cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Send an email to rigardsonalosious@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for return.

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Pickup/Shipping: We will arrange a reverse pickup for most pin codes. If a pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the item back to us (shipping costs will be reimbursed for defective items).

4. Refunds (Prepaid & COD)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund via bank transfer.

  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, we offer one-time free exchanges for size or color issues (subject to stock availability).

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you can refuse the delivery or follow the return process.
